Further Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property plans for the financier's personal tropical island included in the photographs.

Additionally included in this latest document release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying distinct areas of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.

Further documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
