The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-round contest which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "defeat" the American as the pair came face-to-face to promote next month's boxing match.
Former twice world boxing king Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth disparity - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I will injure his face and hurt his body. I'm here to prove my superiority," the British boxer, 35, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to really want to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of such comments, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally famous for his showmanship - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou declined a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at British opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a large bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he's present here," the boxer stated.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of declaring he will punish Paul, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he said.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Success
Still, the novice continues to be one of the sport's largest commercial attractions, regularly earning substantial financial rewards.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in round four or five and claimed he would prevent the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul stated.
Size Difference
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the usual stare-down, with their size difference evident, it highlighted just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the match is really going ahead.
